Mortgage approval soon? Credit file change...

I've posted on here before about the timeline of our mortgage application.
We applied on 13/2/23
Survey was done on 14/2/23
Valuation text 14/2/23 but no date confirmed on it.
Hard search on both our credit files.
Nationwide requested work contracts on 17/2/23.
3/3/23 I call MA and she falls Nationwide and they advise that house is valued £15k less than offer price. (Not a concern as it's a gifted equity mortgage-buying from family).
Valuation and offer were due today but we've had nothing from Nationwide.
I got a notification from Equifax to say they have added a financial association today, my partner.
We have applied jointly and had our hard searches done.
Would this link be a sign that the mortgage has been approved?

No, it just shows you have applied for something with someone else.
But I am sure you will be fine. If the valuation had come back ok, I reckon you would have an offer now. So if everyone is in agreement on the valuation (ie you and the seller), it should just be a formality.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
