Entry Instructions:

By entering this Promotion you agree that such Entry (excluding personal information) is deemed to be non- confidential and non-proprietary, and we shall have no obligation of any kind with respect to such Entries.

Prizes: There are 2 Prizes each consisting of 1x House Plant Makeover worth £3,000.

a) The Prize is a house plant makeover, up to a maximum value of £3,000, which can be spent on a combination of house plants, pots, accessories, expert consultation sessions on selecting house plants and/or house plant care, or gift vouchers for additional house plants to be purchased by the winner at a later stage. All items will come from one website pre-selected by the Prize Provider;

b) The Supplier will appoint their Prize Provider to act as the winner’s personal prize manager, who will offer impartial advice to provide a prize bundle of house plants and/or related products or services of the winner’s choice, up to a maximum value of £3,000;

c) Winner may choose to spend their prize value on multiple products/services, so long as the total prize value per winner does not exceed £3,000;

d) All prize elements must be ordered through the Prize Provider within 12 months of acceptance (each order value minimum of £100);

e) Once a list of products and services has been agreed with the winner, any additional personal expenses, and all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in that prize list, will be at the expense of the winner;

f) No cash alternative will be offered;

g) Delivery is available to UK addresses only;

h) All prizes are subject to availability. In the event that any of the winner’s chosen products are unavailable, alternative products of equal value will be provided. Deliveries will be made within 7 working days of the winner placing their order. In the event of any unexpected delays due to external factors, the winner will be notified accordingly;

i) The winner is responsible for ensuring that any delivery note is checked on receipt; The Prize Provider is Element London Ltd (www.element-london.com).

Only one Prize per household. The Prizes must be accepted as offered and redeemed by the named winners only. There are no cash or alternative Prizes, in whole or part. The Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Sale of the Prizes for profit is prohibited and may constitute fraud. The Prizes cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion or discount.
