Has anyone heard of this company? A friend of mine has ordered a Red Ds Lite from them and I was a little concerned as I have never heard of them. Also I have not seen on any other website DS Lites in red? It states its limited edition?
If anyone has had any dealings with this company I would be interested to know!

thread is almost a year old so possibly ok....also you can use paypal and if funded with a credit card there is added security....
but I think I would pass on this one0 -
It is a limited edition colour.....................I've got one and in the US it's called Cranberry & Black
. Haven't used the company before though - sorry!

Thank you for that, I know she paid via a credit card so hopefully she will be ok! I found it odd that I have never heard of red ones before whenever I have been looking for DS, so being a fan of this site became very suspicious!Aim to win in 2013 - a holiday somewhere nice, New York break, treats for family & friends & some cash would be lovely!!!0

Some bad experiences reported through the McAfee Site Advisor. Definitely a site to be careful with in the future.0 -
BESTPRICEDBRANDS are a US company pretending to be a UK company, the prices are good, delivery is generally OK for this type of business.. BUT.....
if you do have a problem of any sort you are unlikely to get hold of anyone.
They do not list a phone number & will not answer emails, I have a faulty product (Nintendo DS Lite) Nintendo are not interested because it clearly states on the packaging that the item MUST NOT BE SOLD OUTSIDE THE US & couple of other non Euro countries, therefore you can not register the product with the manufacturer for warranty.
THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS.
Wish I had known that they were outside the UK, Charlatans........0
