Confused but wife's NO forecast shows 150 per week

Hello,
Got headaches reading all this since...
My wife's situation was she was a full time nurse, then part time and now just took her nhs pension at 55 this year
The forecast shows she has 33 qualifying years up to 2016 then 6 years of part paid...?
Looks like she could top up first year for 400, the second year for 600 ish and the rest are showing 800+.
Her calculation without top up is around 150 per week pension

Now she has suffered from mental health from around 2010 ish so which lead to her quitting full time and going part time in those years.
She now receives her nhs pension but also works a few hours a week as a teacher assistant earning roughly 60 per week.
What would/could she do to get the max state pension?
Regards
Gav

Probably the only thing she can do is pay voluntary NI to fill post-2016 years...what exactly does her online SP statement say, e.g. Headline amount £185.xx per week, amount earned up to April 2022 = £x per week, you need to contribute x years to get to max forecast?
