Council band challenge query

Hi,
I live in a new build four storey terraced town house and want to challenge the band as our house is band E but similar size properties in the area are band D. In challenging I need to show similar properties but I can’t find any in the same style they are either detracted, semi-detached etc. To put it in context properties costing £100-200,000 more are in a lower band. Any tips/ ideas welcome.
Thank you

If you have more expensive or larger properties in lower bands then use those to illustrate your home is in too high a bandIf you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales1
