I decided against it. It's a shame because open cell spray foam is genuinely good but because there have been so many cowboys, they are wary. Even with open cell spray foam there are some dubious companies out there so banks refuse to lend.

The government is also partially to blame given they allowed spray foam as part of eco4 grants if you're eligible for that. I wish they'd never have done that and give people money who had to remove it too if they got a grant, as it was backed by government
