Cancelling Tax Relief for Professional Fees?

I tagged this question on to another thread about cancelling tax relief but nobody responded so I thought I'd create its own thread.
I currently claim tax relief for a small professional fee payment (less than £200 a year). I set this up online.
Starting April 23 I no longer need to claim this relief so I want to cancel it from that date. However, I've looked online and I don't see how I do it. The only info I can find is starting a claim, not ending it.

Can you not edit the amount on your personal tax account? Under PAYE, employments.

I didn't think it could be reduced to zero but I didn't try.

It's definitely worth trying what @purdeyoaten2 suggests, but if it doesn't work then a simple phone call to HMRC to ask them to remove the allowance should be fine, I'm pretty sure it's how I removed mine in the days before personal tax accounts.

I have just done similar to remove my uniform allowance for next year.  It definitely wasn’t obvious but I did manage to change it online and received an email saying I will receive a letter confirming the change.
I just tried looking again for you but I’m scared I’ll undo what I did. Good luck finding it.
