Santander Remortgage Offers for Existing Customers - how long before product expiry?

2 years ago I am pretty sure their remortgage offers popped in my mobile app 6 months before product end date. I am now less than 5 months before product end date and still nothing... have they changed this?
Would be great to know what they're offering as last time the retention offer I got was better than anything else on the market

We’re with Santander and ours is 4 months. Just logged on this morning to see what they’re offering for our 5yr fixed 2.49% that is up in July. 4.18% 😬1
