It has been nearly 4 years since my husband died and I am not allowed his pension from Akzo Nobel because of this. Can someone help me with this please, I really could do with the money.

After 4 years the scheme should certainly be able to pay you something. What exactly have you been told is the reason for this?
For example, rather than taking a regular monthly pension were you wanting to commute a small dependant's pension so as to take a lump sum?
