Ive been suffering with mental heath issues and found solace in play vegas friends on google play store
However since November til now ive made 840 transactions and spent £3400 it made me so addicted i couldn't sleep just wanted to play.
Now ive got total remorse and devasted and ashamed.
I contacted google support and explained my situation and tried to claim a refund but However these have been rejected
Ive asked my bank for help stating this should of flagged up excessive spending with a total of 840 transactions but they declined to help
I have seeked help from a local mental health team and start my councilling next week.
I dont know what to do or where to turn for help
Thanks

Honestly - so many of us have been in similar positions
Can't see how you're going to get anything back from them - so now to concentrate repaying the money depending on whether it's credit card/overdraft or from your savings1 -
I wish you luck with getting your mental health back on track. Unfortunately I cannot see you being in any way entitled to a refund for this spending.1
