If you're cooking chicken breasts, just wrap each one in a foil parcel. That way you get to keep the juices provided you don't leave it in too long, and it won't burn. Probably about 15-20 mins for a medium sized bit.0

No need to brush with oil, the skin is very oily as it is. Rub a little salt in if you like, or some BBQ type marinade. If you don't wrap them you'll get a crispy skin. I'd suggest 10-15 minutes at 200C, give 'em a poke to check that any juices are clear and you'll know they're ready.0
