So our holiday year runs Jan - Dec, the way Christmas fell this year I haven’t touched this years holidays. I am due to leave my job last week of March, should I be entitled to any holiday pay given I’ll prob not get any in my new job for about 6 months.

Yes, you are entitled to either take your accrued holiday before you leave or be paid for it after you leave. However it is your employer's choice as to which.
Assuming you are full time and get the statutory minimum holiday (5.6 weeks / 28 days per year) then that is very roughly 1 day for every two weeks worked. So you will be entitled to about six days holiday.
The employer can insist you take the holiday during your notice period if they wish or refuse any holiday request and require you to work up to the last day.0 -
You will be entitled to approximately 1/4 of your annual holiday entitlement as Undervalued has indicated. Why do you think you won't be entitled to any holiday pay until you have been in the new job for 6 months? As I understand it, holiday entitlement accrues from the day you start a job. The employer may require you have accrued holiday before taking it, but that's a different thing.
