Prolific and Paypal issues

Anyone on here do studies/surveys for Prolific? They are generally a great company with interesting surveys. For the last week however they have been issuing a warning saying that there are problems between themselves and Paypal regarding cashing out. I have been leaving my money where it is for now but do want to move it into my Paypal...only I don't dare to in case it gets lost or something. If anyone else on here has noticed this what have you all been doing regarding this, has anyone risked it and it's worked smoothly? Thanks

Hi, I've cashed out on Prolific, both yesterday and today and had no problems.

The money arrived in my PayPal account within seconds of cashing out which I transferred to my bank. I don't know about anyone else.

I put in a withdrawal request at lunch time Thursday last week.

Had an immediate confirmation email from Prolific that they would send my funds, but that it could take 'up to five days to come through, but is typically a lot faster'.

Funds arrived in PayPal mid-afternoon on Friday.

I cashed out on Monday, Thursday and Friday last week - all with no problems.  Money arrived within seconds each time.

I've just cashed out with no problems the money was in my PayPal account within seconds.

A couple of weeks ago I cashed out on Friday but the money didn't appear in my account until the following Tuesday. I've cashed out Friday and today and had the money instantly.

I cashed out today and it was in my Paypal account within seconds as normal for me.

They did have a warning on their site that they knew about the issue and were trying to sort it.

I have been largely unaffected, withdrawing every day but only one taking 35 or so minutes.

My OH has one that is outstanding from about 20 days ago and is waiting the 35 days that you need.  In the meantime he has also had instant withdrawals every day with one 30 minute exception. 

On the whole the payments arrive very quickly.  As Silvercar says, there has been a warning on the website for a few weeks now (on and off) that there are issues with Paypal.

Cashed out today received email from prolific but still no payout. Usually it only takes minutes.

I cashed out yesterday at 5.50pm and just now (12 hours later) and both were instant.  I only cashed out this morning as I had a large bonus and with the issues with Paypal I am trying to cash out each day. 



I have started taking screenshots of the transfers in case they fail - as I would easily forget what I am due.
