When I want to send flowers, I google florists in the recipients home town and (after checking reviews!) ring them direct.3

I used Bloom & Wild when they had a discount on first order. My friend told me that they were lovely and lasted a long time. I see there is a 20% discount, or maybe another reduction if you google it

seem to think they are sent in a letterbox friendly packagingBeing polite and pleasant doesn't cost anything!

I have given and recieved M and S flowers a few times and you can see what you are sending. I find local floorists cn be hit or miss dependent on prosperity of the area dictating the range they carry.1

Have used M&S flower service and Waitrose Flowers. But you have to book a couple of days in advance if it's a popular date like Mother's Day! My mum loves M&S."... during that time you must never succumb to buying an extra piece of bread for the table or a toy for a child, no." the Pawnbroker 1964

Bloom and Wild have gone downhill in my view. Arena flowers haven't let me down yet.0

Hello, I see you went for M&S, I would recommend them, too.
We've also used Bunches and their flowers are lovely - sent in bud they don't look particularly spectacular at first but they really blossom after a couple of days and last for absolutely ages. Someone sent us some on 17 March and they're only now fading away. It's the second delivery we've had from Bunches, both absolutely gorgeous and long lasting. They sometimes have discount offers, too - I think they all do, at various times.
Hope your Mum is feeling much better - it's always lovely to receive flowers. Please note - taken from the Forum Rules and amended for my own personal use (with thanks) : It is up to you to investigate, check, double-check and check yet again before you make any decisions or take any action based on any information you glean from any of my posts.
