Your paperwork will state that you will revert to the SVR. It will give you the rate at the time the paperwork was issued but that is not a guaranteed rate.

Wow. If we wanted to sell our house and therefore drop onto the SVR we’d be paying an unaffordable amount. Selling might be tricky.0

yup I applied monday and that was the svr toldDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
