I have a house, I want to move house but have noticed a bankruptcy notice on the titles, this is “pending action” (I have never been made bankrupt, but the notice was made in 2011!! I don’t know who brought about this notice, I cannot get thru the relevant Count Court to find out who issued this in 2011…HM Land registry are not being very helpful either! .
I thought this would have been automatically removed after 13 years, especially as it’s still pending!
I need this removed, as it is stopping me from moving. Does anyone know what I need to do?? Does anyone know how I can get this removed without knowing who issued the notice? I can remove a charge from property title by completing either AP1 or DS2 or K11 forms ….. arghhhhh please someone advise me 🙏🏻🙏🏻

The bankruptcy notice can only have been placed there by the Insolvency Service so you need to ask them2

Bankruptcies are dealt with through the courts. Then on to Land Charges. And then, if the 'name' owns property HMLR.
That's the route to follow again so contact the court to establish what's happened to the bankruptcy
Apply toi Land Charges to cancel it as appropriate. And then apply to update the land register also
