Something worth bearing in mind, particularly if you enter a lot of competitions, is carefully checking the Ts and Cs. I was pretty certain I'd entered to win an S23+ phone, but the one that arrived is an S23 (the lower model). I had thought of querying it but:
- Notwithstanding the glossy promotional banners the Ts and Cs do say an S23 series phone - which I got; and
- In all honesty I couldn't say with certainty that I hadn't just got mixed up and entered a very similar competition on the same Bauer network. I have also seen competitions for the S23 Ultra and regular S23, so maybe it was me. It was cringey enough doing the phone call, I don't want any further egg on my face if it turns out they're right and I've made the mistake haha.
