Remortgage on HMO property

I am looking for advice on a remortgage on my HMO property where I am a live in landlord any recommendations would be much appreciated please I have been stung once already

    Paragon were the lender I used to get a remortgage on our HMO but that was a few years ago

    Presumably you need an investment value based on the annual income rather than the bricks & mortar value. TBH a decent broker should save you £ in wasted fees.
