TSB Error- Mortgage Renewal by Online Application

Hi
I applied (August 2022) via TSB Online system for Fixed Rate mortgage with TSB and in error TSB put me on a tracker mortgage! I paid £995 fee. Paprerwork states Fixed Payments for a 2 year deal showing end date of fixed payments. So I thought all was good, despite also separately in the Mortgage Illustration referring to changing to base rate on after the term of fixed rates. Letter in October stated I selected Tracker Product and went directly onto this meaning Not a Fixed Deal. With Bank rates increasing the interest free mortgage is now over £250 / month more than what my fixed payments was advertised at - under deal I thought I had/ applied for. Have raised case with ombudsmen, but could not prove TSB fault. Are there any other unfortunate cases out there / in dispute with TSB? I put this down to a TSB IT processing error.
