I’ve just managed to track down my ex and he’s agreed to come off the mortgage. I am on the base rate but need to extend the mortgage to maximum allowed, I’m 56 so around 10 years. I don’t know if to fix given volute rates,

Rates are awful but Any advice to get the best deal would be great, current mortgage broker is not offering new deals

A good broker could be well worth it

Your on the SVR ?
I once paid 13% on a mortgage so rates are very very cheap even at 5%1
