I bought some astro boots from Sports world today and I need t get the next size up. Will I be able to exchange them.

If it's an exchange, i'll doubt that it will be a problems. Its only refund that retailers don't like giving out/0

Lucky you.. i went to chavland when i was pg as i was comfy in the joggers from there, the hanger said size 16 but the item was size 14.. took them back with the receipt, told them what had happened, and i was refused an exchange.. they basically said it was my fault for not checking the item for the size.
i don't go to chavland much anymore, only for the trainers!!0
