1. This promotion is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

2. To enter, play the Magnum Mini Matching Game on Magnumicecream.com and submit your score.

3. The opening date for entries is 9:00 GMT on 14/02/2023 and the closing date for receipt of entries is 18:00 GMT on 28/02/2023.

4. The promotion is limited to one entry per  email address. No entrant may win more than one prize.

5. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.

6. By participating in this promotion, you agree to release, discharge and hold us harmless from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from your participation in this promotion (save that nothing shall limit our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

7. Entrants shall indemnify and hold the Promoter and their respective affiliates, directors, agents, or other partners ("the Indemnitees") harmless from any claims, actions, proceedings, costs (including reasonable legal fees) and expenses brought or asserted by a third party against any of the Indemnitees arising as a result of the Promoter's use of the entrant's submission including but not limited to any breach of third party intellectual property rights.

8. There will be 5 winners:

The fastest player at the end of the competition will win 1 Magnum Sweatshirt as well as 4 coupons (worth £5 each); and

The players with the 2nd – 5th fastest times at the end of the competition will win 2 months’ worth of Magnum Ice Cream (4 Magnum 2023 Coupons worth £5 each).

9. Prize Coupon specifics:

a. The winner will be able to redeem the coupons when purchasing any Magnum multipack or tub ice cream up to a maximum value of £5 from participating Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury's, Iceland, Waitrose, CO-OP, Morrisons, Nisa, One Stop stores and Independent Retailers (excluding online). Winners will also be able to purchase Mini Almond Remix 6 multipacks in participating Waitrose stores (excluding online).

b. One £5 coupon can be used per transaction. Where the price of the product is priced above £5, the coupon holder must pay the difference in that transaction.

c. Use of the coupons is subject to the terms and conditions on the coupons. The coupons may not be resold under any circumstances.

d. All coupons are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-refundable and there is no cash alternative in whole or in part unless otherwise stated above.

e. The coupons are redeemable until 23:59 GMT on 31 December 2023.

f. The coupons are redeemable at all participating Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury's, Iceland, Waitrose, CO-OP, Morrisons, Nisa, One Stop stores and Independent Retailers (excluding online).

10. The winners will be determined as the 5 entrants with the fastest times to complete the game who have submitted valid entries received on or before the closing date. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final. In the event of any tie, the prize will be awarded to the first entry received. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.

11. The winners will be notified by email from a Unilever email account within 28 days of the closing date. The winners must claim their prize by responding to the email confirming their full name and UK address within 14 working days of the notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the promotion rules. The sweatshirt and coupons will be sent within 28 working days upon receiving the winner’s details.

12. The winners’ details (name and county) may be made available on request to those writing to Magnum Mini Matching Competition, Unilever UK Limited, Unilever House, Springfield Drive, Leatherhead, Surrey, KT22 7GR within ten weeks after the closing date, enclosing a stamped SAE.

13. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Twitter or Facebook. Entrants are providing information to the Promoter and not to Twitter or Facebook. Entrants release Twitter or Facebook for all claims and liabilities arising in respect of the promotion.

14. 15. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.

I have messaged them to say that choosing the fastest 5 times is discriminatory to some people with disabilities (i.e. people with visual disabilities or people who struggle to use a conventional mouse) and suggest that it would be fairer to choose the winners at random from all entrants.
