I saved nearly £20 today by ordering items on line from Holland and Barrett. They seem to have lots of items buy-one-get-second-half-price. Free delivery on orders over £25.There are also voucher-codes on line to save 10% off £25, 15% off £35 spend.
I appreciate that this is an unfair scheme in that you need to be able to spend at least £25 to get the benefit, which many people can't. And Holland and Barrett is awfully expensive. However, people with allergies or intolerances who need free-from or other special foods may be able to stock up. (I now have several months' worth of a drink that helps IBS, which isn't on sale in supermarkets.)
Couldn't spot how long the deal lasts.

Holland and Barrett are my go-to for a few things - the list price isn't always the cheapest but by the time I've got all the freebies, discounts and loyalty point discounts they're actually really reasonable. Lots of the things I buy regularly are shelf stable with long dates, so I just stock up and order every six months or so to get the maximum discount.

Holland and Barrett is horribly expensive but if you shop carefully online, you can do very well with BOGOHP and reward points. Most I saved was £40 but I would generally hope to save £20. Don't shop there a lot though.0

I stock up on the ABC-Z senior vitamins and minerals in the penny sale, or buy one get one half price. They do “subscribe and save” too, with a good offer and free delivery.
I have just complained to H&B that they don’t do the 240 tablet bottle of ABC-Z in the age 50+ version, so we miss out on tablets at 5p each. I asked if they thought we might drop dead before the larger bottle was finished so it would be a waste. It seemed ageist, and the smaller bottles use more plastic.1 -
I buy W3leda skin food from H&B when they have the brand on a BOGOF coupled with a 'get x% off if spend y amount' offer, as I find it is the best value.Fashion on the Ration 2025 20/660
