This company are absolutely robbers. Placed an order charged delivery when it should have been free. Never received my order, after 5 days I see its been cancelled! I message and the reply is to allow them 3-5 days to respond...4 weeks later and numerous messages I still haven't received my refund for goods not received. I'm not the only customer either as Facebook has numerous comments in this company robbing people.

This sounds awful I'm sorry that this has happened to you, I would maybe post tweets on their twitter or something that migjt get their attention, I would get at them on all socials and on any contact options. Do they not have a live chat you can talk to someone on?
