If you are a high user the benefits disappear. and possibly on some quarters you may not obtain the full discount. As prices increase the situation gets worse as it takes fewer units to reach the cap so there are more units charged at the standard rate.
The use of a keypad in this situation which give you a discount of 2.5% on all units used + £4 free when you top up £150 works out to to your advantage.
