Hi, 

When applying for a tesco loan it says they could offer a better rate if you have a club card with them does anyone have an idea of what this rate could be potentially

    It'll depend on your personal risk. There's a whole range of rates.

    Just get a clubcard, each offer will vary from 1 customer to another, will depend on various factors.

    Many years ago, and with their insurance, it wasnt a straightforward 10% discount but the discounts were banded... whilst it was a JV business Tesco never disclosed to us how they came up with their bandings but as that was effectively funded by them it wasnt a big deal.

    I'd be surprised if they gave a universal/flat rate club card discount on Loans especially given how much more data can be captured and analysed now to be able to further refine offers.
