CSP Retirement Modeller Problems?

Anybody else having problems with it?
I wanted to do some rough figures for my wife but it's stuck on the results page with no figures coming up. I've tried various browsers and two separate systems with the same result. This was yesterday and today.

Hi @westv - Just bumping in case this got missed - perhaps you could confirm if you are still having problems?
I think I saw you in an ice cream parlour
Drinking milk shakes, cold and long
Smiling and waving and looking so fine

Tried this morning. Still same issue. I'll try again in 5 mins.

I must admit I am surprised nobody has responded. There must be a number of civil servants who post to these forums. Maybe none of them use the modeller or I am the only one with problems.
It was working for me a couple of weeks ago.

Anybody can access it but you need a recent pension statement for it to be of any use (if it worked)
  • Have you tried using the Civil Service Pensions app rather than the website?

I have just tried and it's working for me. I did need to log in with two factor authentication, which I think is new (don't remember being required to do that before), but it had all my previous information saved and ready to use.

Maybe it's not the system itself but inputs you are using - have you tried putting different figures in as a test or avoiding use of any special characters - stuff like that?

I've tried with the real info and "test" info.
