Principality Building Society Mortgage

Hello all,
Probably a stupid question, but can anyone get a mortgage through Principality Building Society, or is it only available to residents of Wales? The reason I ask is that it wasn’t suggested by the mortgage broker I spoke to, despite it seemingly having the one of the more competitive rates for what I’m looking for atm.
I know not all brokers are able to recommend all the mortgage providers on the market, and so it may just be for that reason it wasn’t suggested, but just wanted to check it wasn’t because it’s for welsh residents only..

Principality are England and Wales I believe1

They do lend in England and Wales but some of their products are Wales only or at least historically they did have products for Wales only. I dont know what they have at the moment.
Ask your broker, for compliance they will have a file with cheaper products and why they were not recommended.
