Remortgage - At what point am I committed?

I have a remortgage offer accepted by Kensington Mortgages and all the checks have been done…we’re just waiting for the completion date which I have set for a date in early March.
I have actually changed my mind because since my application the mortgage rates have actually reduced.
At what point am I committed to this mortgage? Would I now be in breach of contract for not committing and would there be a charge for not going ahead with it and going elsewhere?
I know this is the best place to ask, so any advice would be gratefully received

Have you signed and returned the offer?
If you have then yes its likely too late to back out without incuring early repayment charges.0
