Aegon IT Issue

Anyone else having issues with their Aegon account this morning - Aegon Retireready reports that "my new purchase is being set up" and ARC reports "your account is disabled".  

I have not purchased any new product - I have an employer pension and ISA with them since 2017 and logged in regularly since then.  Last time I successfully logged in was a couple of days back.

    The only issue I have with the site is that the "goal planner" hasn't worked for me for years.

    Still not working for me - it claims I am a new customer and my account setup is in process.  

    If it doesn't sort itself out by tomorrow I will have to find a number to call them.

    RetireReady is now working again for me.

    However my access to ARC is still disabled and it says "if you have received an email invitation to move to our new service already please follow it".  I have not received an email and I didn't know they were rolling out any new service replacing ARC.

    Anyway, I guess I will have to call them in a few days if it doesn't come back.
