Ok, i've sent an email off to the litigation team at Excel, attached evidence of house move and included in the letter the henderson vs henderson info plus a screenshot of the screen that when purchasing demands phone & email which i believe is a further avenue that they could have used in trying to trace me or else what's the point in gathering it. I've given them till 10th March to respond and will take it further if necessary. I'll keep in touch with any outcome. Thanks everyone for guidance.1

it's been a week and i've heard nothing - not an acknowledgement or anything. Is this normal? This is where i sent it to:litigation@excelparking.co.uk

i've had a reply to say they don't recognise the reference/claim number so i've sent them a copy of the CCJ and a copy of DCBL reference number. They said they'll reply once they receive them. btw the numbers on the CCJ were the correct ones.1

after my detailed letter and all the evidence about me not living at the address etc, this is the reply i've been sent. Does anyone know what it means - i'll ring them in the morning obviously but in the meantime am just wondering.Good AfternoonThis case is currently with Elms Legal and any payment/correspondence would need to be made directly to them. I'm being told don't ring but no reason why or any suggestion as to why Excel has passed it to them. Feels like they are playing games0

Evidence from a phone call is only as good as the paper it is written on! Becomes nothing more than hearsay, which a court will ignore.asp746 said:I'm being told don't ring but no reason why or any suggestion as to why Excel has passed it to them. Feels like they are playing gamesPlease note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

..another reason is that they may try and trick you into giving them more information than they are entitled to.asp746 said:I'm being told don't ring but no reason why or any suggestion as to why...
For example, if they don't already know who was driving a simple question from them like "why did you park over the lines?" may well get a response from you of "I parked between the lines". Bingo!! They now know who the driver was.3
