Accord Mortgages - Is this good?

Hello All,

I'm currently speaking to a mortgage broker to get a remortgage and have some more money back to pay off debts. She's come back with Accord Mortgages, are these any good? currently on a 5 year fix with lloyds at 2.67 (which is brill ) but I need to get equity out to pay off debt with is crippling me. otherwise things could get worse. seems like I have no other choice at the moment

Have you looked at Yorkshire Building Society? They own Accord but they have cheaper rates and similar criteria, I believe they are direct customers only though, so you would need to call them.

Look here, the rate that looks like what you are getting at Accord is 4.14% and has a lower fee...

Accord do the kind of debt-con stuff the likes of Halifax and NatWest seem to be knocking back at the moment.
