Food prices are rising at levels not seen since 1977, with the cost of essentials such as milk, cheese and eggs going up by 30% or more over the past year. So this week, we want to know how much, on average, you spend on your weekly grocery shop.

I hit £60 to £80 but we've started getting a hello fresh box of 3 meals a week as it cuts down our wastage,  both of ingredients and portion sizes. We normally eat out once a week as well which unlike the box I didn't include in the weekly grocery amount
