It just looks like there has been a bulk transfer from Hoist to Lowell.

Thanks Fatbelly. If my 6 years with the loan is over this week, could they still obtain a CCJ? Could they apply today or tomorrow and it reset the timer as such? If I’m honest that’s the one I’m scared of, as I’m hoping that after 4.5 years they won’t chase me on the CCJ. Finally feeling like my finances are in order, I have a credit card that I only use for monthly fuel, and pay in full monthly now, and everything else is paid for in cash.0

This has a 30 day return window, so I would say you were in the clear with this one, it will have gone statute barred if there has been a clear 6 years since the date of default.
