I cannot find a single email address

Good Morning all,
I am new to the forum.
I suffer with anxiety and depression and have been ignoring my credit card debts - failure to pay etc.
I want help with my debt but cannot find an email address for any of the companies. I have HUGE anxieties over calling peo0ple on the phone so this is not an option for me.
The companies are:
Vanquis
Capital one
Barclaycard
Any help would be fantastic!

Do you have a friend who could help you make the calls? The lender will want you to identify yourself, but should then be happy to talk to your friend if you ask them to do so. You should discuss with your friend what you might want them to say under different circumstances, and also how you will signal that you want them to end the call so you can discuss what has been said so far.The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.0

What are you planning to say to them?
You might be better talking to Stepchange or Payplan. You can do webchat with both I think0 -
Even better, contact www.stepchange.org
They offer free online debt advice 24/7. You can phone if you want?If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -
National debtline have an online chat service too. I'd suggest talking to Stepchange, Payplan or National Debtline first about your overall situation and the best way to tackle it before going any further with the companies.

Credit card companies are not that good at offering sustainable payment plans, they tend to be only interested in short term arrangements, otherwise they refer you to the likes of stepchange and payplan, so you may as well just go straight to them in the first instance and save messing around.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
