I'm another one who's never had or wanted a dishwasher and, even if I did, there isn't enough room in my little kitchen for one. Like you, I find denture tablets, soda crystals and white vinegar very useful for cleaning all kinds of things.
The dump drawer (we all have one) contains a multitude of bits and bobs for re-use - foil, small pieces of baking parchment, bread bags (instead of freezer bags), pegs (instead of clip seals), cut up pieces of the inner bags from cereal packets and the like. It's quite tidy though since I use various clean plastic tubs as drawer organisers.Waste not, want not.

Amazon had their Presto dishwasher tablets 120 for £3.88 back in October
I brought both and cant tell the difference. Shame I didn't buy more of the Presto dishwasher tablets as they are no longer stocked!FTB - April 20203 -
Certainly recommend it if you live in a soft water area or if your dishes aren't very dirty eg mainly cups and glasses. I tried this (I'm in a very hard water area) and found the cups still stained (I do have a very old dishwasher though). Hoping the tablets aren't toxic as they are used for items we eat with! Definitely worth a try.2

We use the Asda Smartprice tablets ( now branded as Just Essentials) - £1.34 for 30. We're in a very hard water area and find they work really well for us. A packet tends to last us about six weeks.
My DH is very sensitive to some cleaning products so I don't cut them in half. They come in a dissolvable film wrapper, which makes them easier to use.

Unless you have old stock, these no longer appear online, maybe they are out of stock or just withdrawn?
