Morning,
 so spoke to o2 yesterday am going to scrap paying it off works out you have to pay a new line rental and pro rata for my new sim set up but you then get back paid for what I haven’t used on my original contract. sounds like a headache and I wouldn’t be saving much so thanks for that advice. I put £100 into my CC so that sits at 499 now and next month I’ll be splitting  my overtime into a pot to start a fund to pay off my overdraft and make a extra payment to my loan. Currently in the middle of doing my daughters bedroom so hoping to get that stripped by today and prepped ready for painting. I hardly ever struggle to fall asleep but these last two nights minds just been on overdrive more so annoyed at myself for even getting into this situation. I will go into it once I get some spare time.first things first gym time.

Perhaps a statement of affairs would be useful so others can offer their views and suggestions.

Will look into doing that this week. I am back on shift now at work or if I get spare time I’ll do it then. Personally I think I know why am like this had a health scare near death experience and had the mind frame off just go live life. I’ll get back on track now my heads in the right space.

Nothing new to report so far I’ve got everything in place for next month and I am going to budget with shopping ect rather than just buying anything. Nothing planned either. February was busy month with birthdays and few nights out for big birthdays. Also just completed a referb on one of the bedrooms which cost more than we thought marital wise. Luckily don’t have to fork out on labour costs. So I should have a better understanding really as to where my money is going. Once bills are paid.

New month  ended up with about 550 in overtime this month on top so 280 gone over to cc so that leaves me with 297 left to pay so that will be boxed off next month. 

Loan is sat at 4218.55/5000 another 255 will go to that this month Direct debit. Trying to have a budget month so transferred money over to spare account and will use that. Just done a little job as well so that’s another 120 to add plus started to sell few bits on Vinted and eBay.  got 20 quid so far. Also March int a great month van insurance / mot and tax I’ll due Going to try and stay in this month as had a fair few nights out birthdays to attend and united final. Plus had a massive fall out with one of me mates over the weekend as pulled him up as it seems when we are out he forgets to put his hands in his pockets and it’s not the first time it’s happened it’s my own fault really but I’ve put a stop to that and now I’ve not heard from him. Obviously didn’t value our friendship.as much as I did. Really do need to work on my self in that area because I seem to help / drop things to help others but when I am in need never get it. Rant over here’s to a better month

I'd second this - you'll be amazed what the forum can throw up to make savings that you've never even considered.  Good luck OP.  BiB x
