Buy to let mortgage - Is it still worth it ?

Just wondering what landlords are doing, we have a buy to let thats coming out of a fixed rate mortgage in october and having done the math, after tax as we no longer offset mortgage against profit we are going to be losing around 2K annually. We just changed the boiler too. What are other landlords doing ? Are you selling , Is it still worth it ?

If the house is mortgaged then the tenants will still be paying most of the monthly mortgage payments, plus the capital gains over time. It’s not worth it if you’re wanting money left over each month. Long term it’s a no brainer in my opinion
