Amass Europe Pensions

I combined and transferred all my pensions including a final salaried one with this company to Avalon Investment Management which is FCA regulated. They have since stopped trading. The FCA tells me I cannot claim anything as I initially went via Amass who are registered in Cyprus. Really at my wits end as what to do. Any advice please?

I am afraid Amass and Avalon have come up before on this forum: forums: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5238880/amass-ltd/p1
Avalon is mentioned on the FSCS website:
https://www.fscs.org.uk/making-a-claim/failed-firms/avalon/
I think the best bet is to contact the FSCS:
Hopefully other forum mrmbers may be able to make more suggestions.

I don't think there are any more suggestions to make - your link above is OP's best (and probably only) way forward.Linton said:

Yes - the only other way forward I can think of is to contact a lawyer in Cyprus but that may achieve nothing more than a richer lawyer. I note from Google that there have been UK lawyers who say that they have achieved redress but how they did that is not stated.Marcon said:
