Does the competitions time page play up for anyone else?

I could be really late to the party and this has been an issue for everyone for ages

It's not the actual comps section, but the links to the sub-forums... They never show the most up to date post. It comes up with random posts from months ago (or completely blank)

As an example, If you see below in IWIWIW, it's showing the latest post as from 31st Jan, when the latest post is a different one that was posted today. 

Is there a fix for this?

This has been going on for ages (possibly years) what used to happen was when there was a new posting it would replace the really old one that had shown up so for at least a day it could go unnoticed by many that there was an issue - now the old ones are either sticking or reappearing more than once a day - the thread in site feedback is from Nov 21 (and there was a post July 21 (numerous times this was going to be fixed)
