Royal Mail stamps swap out deadline

Does anyone know if there is new a deadline for swapping out old stamps it used to be 31st Jan 2023, can it still be done ?

    Non barcoded stamps can now still be used until 31 July 2023 so no need to swap out. But yes, you can still swap them if you want to
