in Cutting tax
Hi all,
Just wondered if anyone knows the answer to this.
My OH currently recieves disability allowance, and so has an income of sorts.
However, is this classed as income when it comes to trying to fill in R85 form in order to not pay tax on her bank accounts?
Cheers,
Rushy

If you mean Disability LIVING Allowance (and I can't think of anything else you might mean) then it's a tax free benefit so is not classed as income for R85 purposes0
