Hi all I have received a document to sign titled Occupiers Consent and Postponement deeds.
Do I need to put my mothers name in the document as she will be living with us ?

Yes.Mortgage lenders want to know who will be living in the property if they are over 18.Speak to your conveyancer if you need more details.0

Anyone who will reside in the property on/from completion day, not party to the mortgage/purchase, needs to sign a consent to mortgage form.I am a mortgage broker.
