I have been trying to place an order with Boots and keep getting message' Unable to process your order Please try again. If that doesn’t work, please try using a different bank card or payment method, including Paypal/failed internal verification validation check', I have used various payment methods and devices, cleared cookies/cache but still keep getting this message. I had the same issue at Christmas and thought it was because it was busy period and have not tried to order since but are now still getting the same issue. I have contacted their customer services who advise it is a technical issue at the time I ordered but I have tried again and am unable to complete the payment checkout process. Has anyone else had this issue and can offer a soiution?

Lots of other people by the look of things: https://www.hotukdeals.com/discussions/does-anyone-know-about-boots-internal-validation-checks-4076502
Unfortunately nobody seems to be able to offer a solution - sorry!
Have you tried deleting any payment cards you have registered with Boots, deleting your own address and then adding card details/your address again, just in case that works?Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!1 -

I have also been having the same issue for a couple of weeks now, all customer service can say is that I have to try again after 72hrs (which I have done 4 times now). I have tried all the above suggestions and still the same, it's so frustrating, I've come to the conclusion it's because I'm trying to pay with my advantage card points.0
