Mortgage Overpayment Calculator

Evening all, I'm looking for a Mortgage Overpayment calculator where it takes into account being on a fixed rate for a specific period of time, then gives the option to add a second (obv estimated) interest rate for the remaining period? All the ones I can find only allow you to put the one interest rate in. I currently have a low rate for another 4 years so when I use the overpayment calculator its taking this % for the whole term so not really showing how much I can save by overpaying.
I'm not sure if this is possible so thought I'd ask.
Thanks.

I'm not sure of any online calcs that do initial rate and then differing rates but if you are handy with excel you can knock up a quick spreadsheet or happy to do a basic one for youWorst debt £31,746
