Does Child Maintenance increase annually?

The situation I find myself in is I'm on Universal Credit and unable to work for health reasons and childcare commitments. My ex pays £30.30 a month from her UC and her PIP is not included in her income. This amount was agreed upon during Mediation when we divorced just over 18 months ago but I'm wondering if the amount should increase in April when her UC increases.
The children stay with me on all nights but she still has supervised contact with them, this will not change in the forseeable future due to her Mental Health issues and her historic abuse of me and the children.
I am also wondering how the additional cost of living payments affect the amount she pays as when I asked if she planned to use any of this summers amount of the kids I got a colourful and disdainful response.

If it's a private agreement then the amount will only increase if you stipulated in the agreement it should increase. What does your agreement say?
If you are talking about CMS then there is no automatic increase. Normally it's just a percentage of your income so it would increase if your income increases but in the case of benefits its a fixed amount. I'm not aware of that amount increasing in April even though benefits will increase.1 -
