Onerous Ground Rent and Lenders

Hi all, I am currently trying to buy a property with £250pa ground rent and doubling every 25 years. Not due to double until 2031. I am trying to get a mortgage with First Direct but they are saying they won't accept an indemnity insurance. Does anyone know any lenders who are accepting this at the moment. Once I move I intend to extend the lease after 2 years but I just need to get the purchase completed now.
