Hi Everyone, quick question foranybody who knows!
I have checked the SKipton Website and cannot see any information regarding my buy to let. I collect my rent in cash every month from my tenant. My contract states cash, I have my Arla letter to confirm the rent that the house acheives. My question is, if I supply my tenenacy agreement, ARLA letter and copy of the monthly receipts to show the rent paid and the dates would this be suffiicient for Skitpon. I'm surprised L and C receommended them, no adverse, but from everything I have read most lenders prefer bank statements to show the rent being paid.
Thanks

I have spoken to Skipton on a live chat and they said that they have to see the rent going in to a bank account but will be fine if you deposit the cash directly yourself. If you take the cash and it never hits a bank account then they are unlikely to do it1
