Prize draw winnings.

Just some advice required please.

I did a community hub for my local building society in Nov - its what stsrted me on the road to trying to make extra money here and there - and got £40, which I was paid within weeks.

I was also entered into a prize draw which amazingly won me £50 but I haven't had this yet.

I've been told a week or two, then hopefully before Xmas, then New Year.........and now silence since then.
I've e-mailed the hub itself, the building society and may even pop in a branch.

Not much left I can do is there?

Hope i don't sound bad but its £50 and if its due to me I'd quite like it.
