Who can enter:

These Across Daytime terms and conditions, along with ITV's General Competition, Prize Draw, Vote and Poll Terms and Conditions, available here, (“General Terms”), apply to the Prize Draws (defined below).

The Prize Draws (defined below) are open to UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents at the time of entry and of closing of the Main Prize Draw aged 18 years or over only, excluding employees of the Promoter and STV Group PLC, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draws.

Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address in order to be eligible to win the prize.

Opening/closing date & time:

There will be one (1) Across Daytime prize draw in relation to the programmes Good Morning Britain, Lorraine, This Morning and Loose Women (the “Programme”) (“Main Prize Draw”) and three (3) associated prize draws for entrants to have the chance to win a bonus prize (“Bonus Prize Draws”). Main Prize Draw

· The Main Prize Draw will open for entries via PRTS, SMS, the This Morning app (the “App”), online via the www.itv.com/win or www.stv.tv/win websites (“Website”) and post on Friday 3 February 2023.

· The Main Prize Draw closes for entries via PRTS, SMS, the App and via the Website (together, the “Paid Entry Routes”) at 4.00pm on Friday 3 March 2023 and via post (“Postal Entry Route”) at 4.00pm on Thursday 9 March 2023.

Bonus Prize Draws

Subject to the Postal Requirements (defined in the ‘Post’ section below), all entries into the Main Prize Draw will receive a corresponding entry into an associated Bonus Prize Draw for the chance to win a bonus prize as follows:

· Bonus Prize Draw 1: opens on Friday 3 February 2023 and closes for entries: (i) via Paid Entry Routes at 4.00pm on Friday 10 February 2023; and (ii) via the Postal Entry Route at 4.00pm on Thursday 16 February 2023.

There will be four (4) draws in total as follows:

· Main Prize Draw: the draw will take place within (1) week of the closing date and time for all entries into the Main Prize Draw. Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries for Main Prize Draw will win £250,000 cash.

· Bonus Prize Draw 1: the draw will take place within (1) week of the closing date and time for all entries into Bonus Prize Draw 1. Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries for Bonus Prize Draw 1 will win a Car (as defined below).

· Bonus Prize Draw 2: the draw will take place within (1) week of the closing date and time for all entries into Bonus Prize Draw 2. Prize:

There are four (4) prizes consisting of (i) 250,000 cash; (ii) a Fiat 500 car (“Car”); (iii) a Parkdean holiday home (“Holiday Home”); and (iv) a Jet2Holidays voucher (“Holiday Voucher”).

(i) £250,000 cash – Main Prize Draw

The winner of the Main Prize Draw will win £250,000 (two hundred and fifty thousand pounds) made payable by BACS in the name of the entrant only.

(ii) A Car – Bonus Prize Draw 1

The prize for the winner of Bonus Prize Draw 1 consists of an electric Fiat 500 car in Ice White including automatic transmission, road fund licence, first registration fee and a fully charged battery.

The Car will be delivered to the winner’s home address within three (3) months of receipt of all correct and valid documentation from the winner. Such documentation includes without limitation a valid insurance cover note to register the Car, a current driver’s licence and a valid photo ID such as a UK passport. The winner is responsible to for insuring the Car and all other costs associated with taking up the Car. The winner may choose to register the Car in another person’s name subject to receipt of correct and valid documentation for that person.

Please note that the Car will include mileage for promotional purposes.

(iii) A Holiday Home – Bonus Prize Draw 2

The prize for the winner of Bonus Prize Draw 2 consists of a new Parkdean Swift Bordeaux Holiday Home with three (3) bedrooms and includes:

· Payment of all “Maintenance Fees” until 31 December 2024 (inclusive) including:

o all pitch fees paid up from the date the winner takes ownership of the Holiday Home;

o connections, non-domestic rates and water charges; and

o all electricity and gas costs.

· Front decking to be fitted to the Holiday Home.

· Fixed appliances, including but not limited to: a table, chairs, a sofa and a cooker

· An RSPB family membership (“Membership Card”) and a free set of binoculars.

· The Parkdean Resorts’ owners’ Membership Card which provides 20% off food, drinks and on-park activities to the winner and their companions.

Please note that the Holiday Home is for holiday use only and cannot be used as a permanent residence.

The Holiday Home is to be situated in one (1) of the following fifteen (15) Parkdean Resorts locations that are run by Prize Provider subject only to availability of a pitch (“Holiday Park Location”): Crimdon Dene Holiday Park – North East; Sandylands Holiday Park– West Scotland; Southview Holiday Park – Skegness; Todber Valley Holiday Park – Yorkshire; Regent Bay Holiday Park- Morecambe; Breydon Water Holiday Park- Norfolk; Cherry Tree Holiday Park – Norfolk; Highfield Grange Holiday Park – Essex; Valley Farm Holiday Park – Essex; Naze Marine Holiday Park – Essex; Thorness Bay Holiday Park – Isle of Wight; Lizard Point Holiday Park – Cornwall; Weymss Bay Holiday Park – Scotland (Glasgow); Cresswell Towers Holiday Park - Northumberland & County Durham; or Sunnydale Holiday Park – East Anglia and Lincolnshire

The winner may choose which one of the Holiday Park Locations and which standard pitch location (subject to availability) within the Holiday Park Location they wish to locate their Holiday Home on (“Pitch Location”), subject to the terms and conditions of the pitch sale and licence agreement (“Sale and Licence Agreement”). Upon allocation of the Pitch Location, the winner

will be required to enter into a Sale and Licence Agreement with the prize provider of the Holiday Home, containing terms and conditions substantially in the form of those set out here .

For the avoidance of doubt, taking up of the prize, including ownership of the Holiday Home, will not be possible unless and until the Sale and Licence Agreement is signed by the winner and prize provider of the Holiday Home. Please note that these terms and conditions may vary depending on the Holiday Park Location, but shall substantially be in the format provided. The winner must consider the terms of the Sale and Licence Agreement carefully before entering into it. It is a legally binding document that places obligations on the winner. Failure to comply with the terms of the Sale and Licence Agreement may result in the Sale and Licence Agreement being terminated.

In the event that a Holiday Park Location or Pitch Location is unavailable, the Prize Provider shall provide a pitch in an alternative Holiday Park Location or Pitch Location of the winner’s choosing (subject to availability).

No later than 30 September 2024, the winner must choose and agree with Prize Provider one of the following options (the “Options”):

(i) keep the Holiday Home where it is situated at the Pitch Location at the Holiday Park Location chosen by the winner after 31 December 2024 and assume from 1 January 2025 responsibility of the payment of all costs, fees, and charges associated with the continued ownership of the Holiday Home, including but not limited to, paying the relevant fees for the Pitch Location, insurance, gas, television licence, and any other running costs, as well as maintenance of the Holiday Home such as winterisation and compulsory safety checks; or

(ii) sell the Holiday Home after 31 December 2024 (in which case the prize provider of the Holiday Home must be given first opportunity to buy the Holiday Home back from the winner at competitive market rates and will bear the costs associated with such sale); or

(iii) sell the Holiday Home privately after 31 December 2024 subject to the prize provider of the Holiday Home’s right of first refusal set out in option (ii), and the winner shall bear all costs associated with such sale and consequential arrangements; or

(iv) move the Holiday Home to another holiday park (whether or not operated by the prize provider of the Holiday Home) after 31 December 2024 and bear all costs and fees associated with such move and assume responsibility of the payment of all costs, fees and charges associated with the continued ownership of the Holiday Home at the new location.

It is the winner’s responsibility to confirm to the prize provider of the Holiday Home by 30 September 2024 which of the Options they wish to take up. If the winner does not confirm to the prize provider of the Holiday Home which of the Options they wish to take up by 30 September 2024, they shall be deemed to have chosen option (i) subject to the terms of the pitch licence agreement.

The winner may choose to sell or move the Holiday Home in accordance with the Options (ii) to (iv) above prior to 31 December 2024. If the winner chooses to sell the Holiday Home back to prize provider of the Holiday Home before 31 December 2024, then it will be sold at the cost of the Holiday Home only and will not include the cost of any site fees or any other costs included in the Prize.

If Option (ii) or (iii) is exercised prior to 31 December 2024, any buyer of the Holiday Home will not be entitled to any remaining Maintenance Fees provided by the prize provider of the Holiday Home as part of the Prize and the winner will forfeit any remaining Maintenance Fees. For avoidance of doubt, the Maintenance Fees will not be forfeited if the winner exercises Option (iv) prior to 31 December 2024, provided that the Holiday Home remains situated in a Holiday Park Location.

The prize provider of the Holiday Home will contact the winner within two (2) weeks of the winner confirmation and the winner must notify the prize provider of the Holiday Home of their chosen Holiday Park Location and Pitch Location within thirty (30) days of contact from the prize provider of the Holiday Home. The winner must allow up to sixty (60) days from notifying the prize provider of the Holiday Home of their chosen Pitch Location for delivery of the Prize to the winner’s chosen Pitch Location.

The prize also includes £500 (five hundred pounds) made payable by BACS in the name of the entrant only.

The prize does not include insurance (the Holiday Home must be insured when sited, and insurance will be payable by the winner), transportation of the winner to or from the Holiday Home, nor does it include any transportation costs of the Holiday Home at any time, except for initial delivery of the Holiday Home to the Pitch Location within sixty (60) days of the winner notifying the prize provider of the Holiday Home of their chosen Pitch Location.

(iii) A Holiday Voucher – Bonus Prize Draw 3

The prize for the winner of Bonus Prize Draw 3 consists of Jet2holidays voucher for the winner to redeem against a single or multiple Jet2holiday, VIBE, Indulgent Escape, Villa, CityBreak holiday at the winner’s choice as available online at https://www.jet2holidays.com/vibe (“Chosen Holiday(s)”), up to a combined maximum value of £20,000 (twenty thousand pounds) (“Total Travel Amount”).

Subject to availability, the winner may select their chosen destination(s) and trip duration(s), provided that the Chosen Holiday(s) are within the Total Travel Amount. Subject to the Chosen Holiday(s), the winner may include in the Chosen Holiday(s) hotel accommodation, return flights and return transfers between the destination airport and hotel accommodation, transport in the destination country, activities, excursions and such other elements (excluding travel insurance and car hire) as available for purchase at the time of the booking, provided that all the elements are purchased directly from the prize provider of the Holiday Voucher at the point that the Chosen Holiday(s) are booked . Any optional purchases or supplements are subject to the prize provider of the Holiday Voucher’s Terms and Conditions. Once the booking has been made, no changes will be permitted.

The Chosen Holiday(s) must be within the Total Travel Amount and the winner will not be permitted to pay any additional fees to take a holiday which is over the Total Travel Amount. If the Chosen Holiday(s) cost under the Total Travel Amount, the winner and their companion(s) (as applicable) will not be awarded credit, no cash exchange will be offered and the remaining amount will be lost if not spent by the Expiry Date (as defined below).

The Chosen Holiday(s) must be booked, taken up and concluded within two (2) years from the date the winner is contacted by prize provider of the Holiday Voucher (“Expiry Date”). There are no blackout dates however dates and accommodation are subject to availability. The Chosen Holiday(s) must be booked at least thirty (30) days prior to the requested travel dates (“Dates”). If the Chosen Holiday(s) are not taken up and concluded by the Expiry Date, the Chosen Holiday(s) will be deemed forfeited.

The winner and the companion(s) must hold a current and valid passport and must meet all relevant visa and/or other entry requirements (including any health, medical or other screening requirements) to travel to their chosen destination. Passports must be valid for travel with a minimum of six (6) months on the date of departure from the UK when taking up the Chosen Holiday(s).

The winner may choose any number of companion(s) for the Chosen Holiday(s). If more than one (1) Chosen Holiday is selected, the winner may choose to travel with different companion(s) on each Chosen Holiday, provided that on each Chosen Holiday, the winner is the lead traveller and the companion(s) travel on the same itinerary as the winner. At least one (1) companion must be 18 or over at the date of departure. Where the winner’s companion(s) are aged under 18 years old, the companion(s) must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the Chosen Holiday(s).

It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of the Holiday Voucher of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion(s) when taking up the prize, and to adhere to (i) any applicable health, (ii) safety guidelines and (iii) Government’s Covid-19 related guidelines from the relevant jurisdiction.

The prize excludes spending money, travel insurance and car hire. The prize cannot be transferred, sold or redeemed for cash in whole or in part.

The prize provider of the Holiday Voucher reserves the right to amend or cancel the flights or holiday for administrative reasons without prior notice (which may include substituting the prize or any element of the prize with alternative dates, property, transfers and/or destinations at any time, to the equivalent prize value). Please note that the flight schedules of the prize provider of the Holiday Voucher’s are not guaranteed.

The prize is subject to these Across Daytime terms and conditions (“Prize Draw Terms”) and Jet2holidays' and Jet2.com's terms and conditions (together the "prize provider of the Holiday Voucher’s Terms and Conditions") which can be found at http://www.jet2holidays.com/terms-and-conditions and http://www.jet2.com/terms respectively. In the event of any conflict between Jet2 Terms and Conditions and this Prize Draw Terms, this Prize Draw Terms will take precedence.

Where the prize provider of the Holiday Voucher makes any changes to the prize (including dates of travel), no financial compensation or cash equivalent will be available. The prize provider of the Holiday Voucher will not be liable for any cancellations or changes to this Prize Draw or any prize, or for any loss or damage entrants or accompanying passengers suffer as a result of entering this Prize Draw provided that nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit the liability of the prize provider of the Holiday Voucher in relation to personal injury or death caused by the prize provider of the Holiday Voucher negligence or for fraud.

Please note that a representative from the Promoter will contact the winner to obtain the winner’s bank details in order to swiftly process the BACS payments.
